We are looking for a   summer (Seasonal) Assistant Caretaker   to join our Property Management Company. Potential for   Full time year round position   for someone who is motivated with the right skill set. Position overview: Conduct weekly walk through inspections, pre-arrival inspections and set up, conduct weekly client tasks at request, vehicle detailing. We have some flexibility, preferred work schedule is Friday through Monday. Our ideal candidate for the seasonal position would work May- October. Candidates should have attention to detail, be hard working, clean driving record, reliable, and possess strong communication skills and have a knack for outstanding customer service . This part-time bookseller will work with the best, most enthusiastic and skilled team of all-time. They will spend most of their time on the sales floor helping customers connect with their next literary adventure, ringing-up customers at the cash register and fulfilling special orders.     The bookseller will be busy helping unpacking and shelving books and helping keep the store clean and tidy.   The key skills for the position are positive attitude, takes initiative, excellent customer service and detail-oriented. We need someone 25 hours – 30 per week. The ability to work until 8 pm some days and some weekends is required.
