The Villa Rental Agent's focus is to build relationships with our guests and understand what they are looking to achieve during their time in Jackson Hole, all in an attempt to pair them with the perfect accommodations. Villa Rental Agents also act as concierge for our guests and homeowners alike. Essentially, once they arrive in Jackson, we assist with everything from that point on. As a dual position, organization and time management are key traits required to transition from rental agent to concierge multiple times a day. The Reservations Sales Coordinator coordinates all reservation matters pertaining to corporate groups, weddings, conferences, retreats, and multi-generations gatherings. Upon receiving group contract, discusses any questions or needed details with sales department. Reaches out as the main contact for the resort within 24 hours of receiving the contract to coordinate meetings, food and beverage on and off property, transportation and group activities.
