We are looking for a summer (Seasonal) Assistant Caretaker to join our Property Management Company. Potential for Full time year round position for someone who is motivated with the right skill set. Position overview: Conduct weekly walk through inspections, pre-arrival inspections and set up, conduct weekly client tasks at request, vehicle detailing. We have some flexibility, preferred work schedule is Friday through Monday. Our ideal candidate for the seasonal position would work May- October. Candidates should have attention to detail, be hard working, clean driving record, reliable, and possess strong communication skills and have a knack for outstanding customer service .
