The Facilities Manager is responsible for keeping the greenhouse fully operational; ensuring uninterrupted production while maintaining a high level of safety throughout the facility. This is a management position that will oversee a team of senior facilities associates and facilities associates accomplish this task. The Facilities Manager will report to the General Manager on current greenhouse facility status, planned capital improvements, maintenance plan management, and facility optimization.
