Position Overview

Property management firm seeking a detail-oriented
individual with exceptional communication and
organizational skills. The position requires scheduling
flexibility and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
environment involving both office and field work.

General Duties / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inspecting behind housekeeping and cleaning where needed
  • Preparing homes for Rental and Homeowner arrivals
  • Opening homes for homeowner and villa rental guest arrivals
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Performing out-of-office, departmental errands
  • Recording and reporting all housekeeping deficiencies to Operations Supervisor
  • Conducting dry-cleaning drop-offs/pick-ups
  • Making deliveries to The Clear Creek Group’s properties, as required
  • Performing seasonal inventory inspections
  • Assisting all other departments with tasks not related to this position, as demand dictates, in order to provide exceptional client / guest service
