Duties & Company Overview: Caldera House is an eight suite luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Teton Village, steps away from the Aerial Tram. We have multiple departments including retail, membership, f&b, events, and- of course- our hotel. We employ like-minded individuals who chase the mountain lifestyle and are passionate about providing a magical guest experience. We are looking for a spirited & dynamic leader to assist in leading our front desk and concierge team.
The Front Desk Assistant Manager will work with the Front Desk Manager to ensure all details of a guest's stay are coordinated from start to finish. This includes fine-tuning details of each itinerary, communicating with local vendors and guests/travel agents to plan trips, being pro-active as guests are on property, and concluding each stay by organizing payment and billing. They will also be tasked with the occasional Manager on Duty Shift, and provide training, direction, and leadership to our front desk/concierge team. This position will be hands-on, and the Assistant Manager is expected to provide direct support during busy times, and be willing to step in where needed.
