Outpost, a vacation rental management company, is looking to grow our Guest Relations team. This position handles all communication with guests, from selecting the right home for their vacation, assisting throughout their stay, and beyond. We take enormous pride in offering the best customer service in the business, so an ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong attention to detail. We are looking for a friendly and charming communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. The current schedule for this position is Thursday through Monday, so you can enjoy your time off away from the weekend crowds. If you consider yourself a problem solver and enjoy working as part of a fun, collaborative team, this is the job for you!
