The demands of our lifestyle and the balancing act across our businesses and family mean that our extraordinarily busy schedules require impeccable organization and operational excellence. We need a Personal Assistant to support us in our home of Jackson, WY across various projects and day-to-day tasks including house management, coordination of other contractors/vendors, errands, event planning and execution, last minute urgent requests while traveling, mail handling, customer service issues, and all administrative work.

The right candidate will be outcome-driven and bring energy, accuracy, and discipline to the role. As our primary point of contact for our support needs (along with our existing Executive Assistant), our PA not only massively improves our lives, but also frees up our precious time to pursue, achieve and enjoy the things that are most important to us. An exceptional PA will relish the challenge of dozens of requests to manage and the opportunity to get the details right every time while remaining calm and composed under tight deadlines.

We are looking for someone who has done the job before, but is excited to grow and become an even more world-class PA under our mentorship and ambitious standards. Through our own example and idealism, our family lives a value-driven culture and we need a PA who can keep up and is excited to learn how to be the best PA and supporting partner to us possible. We also are looking for an individual who owns his/her mistakes when they occur (as they will occur); as an exceptional PA will grow from his/her mistakes and deliver even bigger outcomes the next time around. We will invest in training and developing the right candidate to meet our needs. 

Responsibilities

• House management, organization and maintenance.
• Coordination of home contractors.
• Proactive responsiveness and organization of requests coming in at a high
• Supporting management of nearby ranch and farm.
• Event planning and execution for conferences and trips we host for friends and colleagues visiting Jackson.

Requirements

• 2+ years of personal assistant or comparable experience, including supporting a busy family balancing complex work and life demands.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in making complex decisions with an understanding of when to delegate issues upwards.
• Flexible hours and availability.
• Outcome driven and service oriented.
• Positive attitude, tech savvy and willingness roll up your sleeves to get tasks done.
