It’s important for this candidate to demonstrate a very high level of emotional intelligence and maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization, its people, and its culture.  This candidate will be an Executive Assistant on a two-person EA team.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Heavy and complex calendar management
  • Management of a high volume of incoming calls, and internal and external correspondence
  • Tracking and submitting expense reports
  • A high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements 
  • Management of external Board memberships
  • Frequent interaction with Board members and Executive Management
  • Projects that may include, but are not limited to:
    • Shareholder activities
    • The building of presentations/memos
    • Filtration of incoming submissions, reports, etc. and determine their significance/plan their distribution
    • Event planning and attendance
    • Liaison to the family office for financial affairs
    • Personal and/or family assistance 
    • Other administrative errands

  • Fulfillment from working closely with other colleagues (EA team)
  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency with technology
