We are looking for an organizer, system implementer, mental juggler, logistics lover, herder of cats, and wearer of many hats. This person must be self-motivated, have an acute attention to detail, an understanding of how homes work, a desire to do different things all the time, and the ability to keep track of it all.
What we do:
Home Management, concierge, personal assistance
Move preparation and logistics
Packing, unpacking and setting up homes
Project management and design
A bunch of other stuff…we provide the best service we can for clients and sometimes that means doing random (but
always legal and ethical) things.
Our small team is fun and sometimes funny. We are team players and we all do a little bit of everything. We love what we do and we work hard. We also love fun and make time for it when we can. We work both together and individually so you must be self-motivated and able to get your work done without reporting to an office every morning.
This position will start out part-time and then grow into full (or full-ish) time for the right person. We are ideally looking for a unicorn that can do it all but are open to splitting the role into two positions.
