Job Description

Community Safety Network is seeking an Operations/Office Manager that has enthusiasm for the mission of preventing intimate partner violence, preventing sexual violence and exhibits a strong commitment to the confidentiality of our work. Primary responsibilities include coordinating campus maintenance, a welcoming reception area, servicing basic client requests, providing staff support as needed and assisting the coordination of day to day business operations.

Community Safety Network has been supporting lasting change in the lives of those affected by intimate partner violence, sexual violence and stalking for almost 40 years. Applicants for this position will be expected to multi-task while maintaining a positive and supportive demeanor.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required as is a willingness to learn and efficiently operate a more detailed database. A forty-hour Advocacy training will be offered in the first year of employment that will provide a foundation for supporting survivors. Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
