Job Description

New Thought Digital Agency is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and producing compelling organic and paid social media strategies for a variety of diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience managing commercial social networks, and a detailed understanding of Facebook Business and Ads Manager.

DESCRIPTION

  • Manage paid social media marketing strategies and the day-to-day promotion of client networks
  • Develop and maintain a detailed social media marketing plan for each client
  • Create a regular publishing schedule with relevant content to meet campaign benchmarks
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to audiences in a strategic way
  • Oversee the design of organic social media feeds, profile images, and cover photos to maintain a brand-driven aesthetic across platforms
  • Identify and coordinate the production of strong content to inform posts
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust publishing strategies as needed
  • Compile monthly reports tracking campaign benchmarks and results
  • Research trends in social media strategy, channels, tools, and design
  • Assist the production team with content planning and pre-production
  • Work with the advertising team to maintain consistency in messaging

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of commercial social media management experience
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Detailed understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and adjacent social media management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive, creative, and innovative thinker
  • Highly motivated and self governed work ethic
  • BS or BA degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
  • Graphic design and or photography skills are a plus
