Job Description

Teton Habitat is looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead the largest project in our history – Northern South Park, a groundbreaking affordable housing initiative. The CEO will focus on fundraising, innovative financing, and public-private partnerships, while a seasoned COO manages daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of affordable homeownership in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight & Collaboration with COO


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven executive leadership experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, housing development, or a related field.

  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of identifying and implementing creative funding and development models.

  • Demonstrated success in major fundraising initiatives, capital campaigns, and donor relations.

  • Experience with public-private partnerships, real estate development and mentor impact investing is highly desirable.

  • Ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially, with a willingness to explore new approaches to affordable housing development.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and advocacy skills.

  • Passion for Habitat for Humanity’s mission and commitment to housing equity.
