Job Description

One22 Resource Center seeks an experienced development professional to join its development department. The Individual Giving Manager (IGM) oversees strategy, infrastructure, and execution of One22’s individual giving programs. The IGM is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a robust major gift program. They will execute all aspects of the major gift plan, including research and identification of prospects; cultivation and relationship management of the portfolio; proposal development and solicitation; and ongoing stewardship of donors. Success will include the ability to increase the retention and generosity of One22’s major donor base.  

One22 is at a critical inflection point in the growth of its team as it works to expand beyond the individual contributions of the Executive Director. As such, this leader will work with board members, the ED, and other members of the development team to transition donor relationships to their portfolio for stewardship, cultivation and solicitation. They will have a relational gravitas that attracts donors to increased engagement.

The IGM will also develop and execute other individual giving strategies such as the annual giving program for base and mid-level donors. Success will include the ability to increase the retention and generosity of existing donors while meeting new donor acquisition goals.

They will work as part of a development team, with an existing data management system, and will maintain a culture that upholds an intrinsic value for philanthropy.

Ideal candidates have two or more years managing major donor, individual giving, or sales strategies. They are familiar with the fundraising landscape in Jackson Hole and willing to leverage their network toward One22’s mission.
