Frontier Administrative Services LLC (FAS) is hiring a new Director of Client Services. FAS is looking for an individual with previous management skills, bookkeeping skills, and at least three years’ experience in the area of banking, finance and/or trust administration. This new hire will start in an Assistant Director position, and train alongside the current Director for the next six months. After an extensive training period, the individual will move into the Director position. FAS is an affiliate of the law firm Long Reimer Winegar LLP, and specializes in the administration of Wyoming Private Family Trust Companies. This position requires excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, as there is a large volume of work and many hats to wear. The responsibilities are administrative in nature – and include but are not limited to the coordination document execution, filing of annual reports with the WY Secretary of State, processing incoming mail, coordination and execution of tax returns, light bookkeeping, and being a liaison between high net worth clients and financial institutions. This position is Monday through Friday, with full benefits after 60 and 90 days.
