Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned full-time caretaker to join our growing Property Management Company. This is a four day per week Friday through Monday position with a flexible schedule. Our ideal candidate must have attention to detail, general knowledge of home maintenance, general mechanical and plumbing knowledge, ability to complete minor repairs, possess excellent communication and people skills, and be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
What you will be doing:
+ Conduct weekly walk-through inspections
+ Pre-arrival inspections and set up
+ Conduct weekly client tasks at request
+ Maintain relationships with homeowners and service providers
+ Supervise large home repairs
+ and more!
Friday through Monday, four 10 hour days. Occasional overtime opportunities. Competitive wages DOE, great culture and working atmosphere, bonus potential, health insurance, retirement, holiday and sick pay, PTO, 3 days a week off, access to company ski pass, and more! Housing is not included.
