Job Description

Position’s Purpose

oversee the performance of the Housekeeping Field Supervisor and the Operations Assistants to ensure the completion of daily tasks associated with preparing homes for rental guests.  Maintain close communication with Homeowners in the rental portfolio to ensure homes always meet the rental standards of the company. 

 

General Duties

  • Schedule all housekeeping inspections and home openings
  • Ensure rental home preparation standards are met (housekeeping, set-ups etc.)
  • Payroll review
  • Approve all hires
  • Manage guest gifting program
  • Oversee growth and streamlining of housekeeping department
  • Meet weekly with Director of Operations to discuss department related topics
  • Be able to perform the duties of the position’s direct reports
  • Assist all other departments with tasks not related to this position, as demand dictates, to ensure exceptional client / guest service
