Outpost, a vacation rental management company, is looking to grow our Guest Relations team. This position handles all communication with guests, from selecting the right home for their vacation, assisting throughout their stay, and beyond. We take enormous pride in offering the best customer service in the business, so an ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
