Working in coordination with the Construction Manager the Site Supervisor has ultimate responsibility for day-to-day construction activities on Teton Habitat's affordable housing projects. Our next project will be constructing 18 townhomes phased over four years starting this spring.
This position includes a competitive hourly wage, full health benefits including vision and dental, generous time off, a retirement plan, and bonus structure.

The ideal candidate will have:
Two years of construction experience; a clear understanding of the mission of Habitat for Humanity; a demonstrated ability to manage a construction team; an interest and willingness to instruct volunteers in relevant aspects of the construction trade; an ability to adapt, problem-solve and trouble-shoot.
