We are seeking a Human Resources Director with outstanding organizational & multi-tasking skills to support the overall objective of Children’s Learning Center in providing quality early childhood care and education. The HR Director assists our Program Directors with recruiting, onboarding, supporting employee development, job satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate for this position should be detail oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, knowledge of governmental labor laws & regulations, ability to effectively support our staff, administer employee benefits, and provide accurate payroll information to the Finance Director. The position is a critical part of our fast-paced leadership team managing over 80 employees.
