Snow Plow Operator

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, on-call team member to join our snow removal team, helping ensure smooth operations and safe conditions for our clients. This role is on-call for rapid response to winter weather, requiring early morning starts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate snow plows and salt trucks to clear roads, driveways, and other designated areas.
• Respond promptly (within 30 minutes) to snow removal calls during on-call hours.
• Perform manual snow removal, grounds maintenance, and other related tasks.
• Inspect equipment regularly and follow all safety protocols.
• Report any equipment issues or incidents to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of snow removal experience preferred.
• License: Valid Driver’s License required.

Schedule:
This is an on-call, part-time role with flexible hours based on weather conditions. Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
